摘要
“互联网+”时代给高校辅导员开展思政教育工作提供发展机遇的同时,也带来了全新的挑战,对其工作路径创新能力和自身素养提升提出了新的要求。大学生是网络应用的主力军,高校辅导员必须紧跟科技发展的步伐,在传统教育模式基础上,利用微信、微博等公众平台作为思想传播载体,充分利用网络实时性强、资源丰富、互动性好等特点作好大学生的思想引导作用,使其树立正确的社会主义核心价值观,构建全新的育人工作模式。
The“Internet+”era not only provides development opportunities for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education,but also brings new challenges,and puts forward new requirements for their work path innovation ability and their own quality improvement. College students are the main force of network application. College counselors must keep up with the pace of scientific and technological development,make use of WeChat,Micro-blog and other public platforms as ideological communication carriers on the basis of traditional education mode,and make full use of the characteristics of strong real-time,rich resources and good interaction of network to guide college students’ thoughts,so as to establish correct socialist core values,build a new mode of education work.
