植物油基多元醇双组分改性矿用加固材料的合成及性能

摘要 在分析植物油基多元醇羟值、分子量的基础上,探讨了3种植物油基多元醇的官能度和分子结构特点,重点研究了植物油基多元醇对加固材料凝胶时间、黏度及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在相同条件下,3种植物油基多元醇ZW-A、ZW-B、ZW-C替代石化基聚醚多元醇制备煤矿加固材料的凝胶时间的大小顺序依次为ZW-A、ZW-B、ZW-C。替代30%石化基聚醚多元醇的3种植物油基多元醇中,ZW-C植物油基多元醇制得的加固材料的力学性能最优。随着植物油基多元醇在多元醇比例的增加,煤矿加固材料的力学性能均有不同程度降低,植物油基多元醇ZW-C适宜的替代比例为30%左右。 Based on the analysis of the hydroxyl value and molecule weight of vegetable oil-based polyols,the average functionality and molecule structure is explored.The effect of vegetale oil-based polyols on vicosity,gel time and mechanical property of consolidating materials in coal mine is emphatically discussed in this paper.The results showed that under the same condition,three kinds of vegetable oil-based polyols,ZW-A,ZW-B and ZW-C,could be used to replace polyether polyols to prepare consolidating materials in coal mine.The order of gel time of consolidating materials prepared from vegetable oil-based polyols was as follows:ZW-A>ZW-B>ZW-C.Among the three vegetable oil-based polyols that replaced 30%petrochemical-based polyether polyols,the mechanical property of consolidating material prepared with ZW-C vegetable oil-based polyols was best.With the increase of the proportion of vegetable oil-based polyols in total polyols,the mechanical property of consolidating materials in coal mine decreased to different degrees.The suitable proportion of vegetable oil-based polyols ZW-C to replace petrochemical-based polyether polyols was about 30%.
