摘要
为了提供连续精确的无功补偿以实现电压稳定,提出一种在10 kV母线上并联晶闸管控制电抗器(TCR)和静止无功发生器(SVG)进行配合使用的方法。通过基于瞬时无功功率理论控制的检测法和PI控制策略,为末端变电站提供动态变化的无功功率,使母线电压稳定在额定值附近,为工业负载提供质量更好的电能,实现更安全的运行。
In order to provide continuous and accurate reactive power compensation to achieve voltage stability,a method of paralleling thyristor controlled reactor(TCR)and static var generator(SVG)on 10 kV bus is proposed.Through the detection method and PI control strategy based on the instantaneous reactive power theory control,the dynamic reactive power is provided for the terminal substation,the bus voltage is stabilized near the rated value,the better power quality is provided for the industrial load,and the safer operation is realized.
