基于智能可穿戴设备的远程协助及安规培训系统研究

摘要 施工作业过程中,现场人员无法直接了解设备内部信息和现场图纸信息,需返回办公室查询,作业质量和效果也无法及时检查确认,增加了施工安全风险。电网企业为了达到安全生产的目的,需要将严格的安全生产制度应用到正常的生产中,因此安规知识培训至关重要。提出了一种基于智能可穿戴设备的工程远程协助及安规培训系统,通过智能装备搭载智能化安规知识库,实现工程现场的远程协助和现场人员的安规培训,保障了施工作业过程中人员和设备的安全,显著提高了电网施工作业效率与质量,提升了应对复杂作业和突发事件的响应速度与处置能力。 During the construction operation,the on-site personnel cannot directly understand the internal information of the equipment and the on-site drawing information,so they need to return to the office for inquiry.The operation quality and effect cannot be checked and confirmed in time,which increases the construction safety risk.Power grid enterprises have strong requirements for professional safety regulation knowledge and skills,which directly affects the quality of power engineering,operation safety guarantee ability and risk control.An engineering remote assistance and safety training system based on intelligent wearable devices is proposed in this paper.The intelligent equipment is equipped with an intelligent safety regulation knowledge base to realize remote assistance on the project site and safety regulation training for on-site personnel,ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during the construction process,significantly improve the efficiency and quality of power grid construction,and improve the response speed and handling ability to deal with complex operations and emergencies.
