摘要 针对红外热成像仪现场使用的必要性以及存在的不足,研发一款基于智能算法的变电设备红外测温发热缺陷智能预判装置。该装置根据现场采集的红外图谱等信息,可即时形成设备的图文缺陷报告单,并且能通过对设备发热缺陷信息的跟踪记录,利用融合的智能算法实现对设备发热缺陷的智能预判。 In view of the necessity and shortcomings of infrared thermal imager using on site,an intelligent prediction device for infrared temperature measurement and heating defects of substation equipment based on intelligent algorithm is developed in this paper.According to the infrared spectrum and other information collected on site,the device can instantly form a graphic defect report sheet of the equipment.And through the tracking and recording of equipment heating defect information,the fusion intelligent algorithm can be used to realize the intelligent prediction of equipment heating defect.
