摘要
职业教育是一种类型教育,实训教学活动是职业院校教学活动的重要组成部分。通过实训教学活动的长期观察与案例解构,基于职业教育的类型属性,解析并建构了一种实训教学活动设计的程式。这一程式由三个层级组成:面向学习任务的设计,通过任务重构实现与岗位需求及学习基础的双向匹配;面向进程的设计,通过教学样式适配、控制学习分化实现进程的有效管理;面向活动整体的设计,用辅助性活动支持任务性活动的开展,提升教学绩效。该设计程式可以帮助职业院校教师更好地开展实训教学活动设计,突出实训活动的职业教育特征。
Vocational education is a kind of type-based education.Practical training activities are important components of teaching activities in vocational schools.Through long-term observation and case study,this study analyzes and constructs a design program for practical training activities based on the type characteristics of vocational education.This design program consists of three parts.One is for teaching tasks,which realizes the two-way matching of the job requirements and the learning basis by task reconstruction.One is for process,which ensures the efficient management of processes by adapting teaching style and controlling the differentiation in learning.The other is for activities as a whole,in which auxiliary activities are used to support task-based activities to improve teaching performances.All in all,it is helpful for teachers in vocational schools to carry out practical teaching activities design and highlight the characteristics of vocational education in practical training activities.
