颍河流域区域水资源综合利用效果评价指标体系构建

摘要 为了实现颍河流域水资源的可持续综合利用,依据PSR模型,构建3个维度18个指标的水资源综合利用效果评价指标体系,并提出一种应用偏好熵权法的物元可拓模型以优化权重确定方式。结果表明,2017-2021年,颍河流域18个水资源综合评价指标体系的评价区间,随着评价等级的增加而逐渐增加或逐渐降低。颍河流域水资源综合评价分值逐年增加,水资源的可持续发展状态表现出良好的趋势,实现了从客观和主观两个方面评价颍河流域区域水资源综合利用效果。 In order to realize the sustainable and comprehensive utilization of water resources in Yinghe river basin, the evaluation index system of the comprehensive utilization effect of water resources with 3 dimensions and 18 indicators is established according to the PSR model, and a matter element extension model using the preference entropy weight method is proposed to optimize the weight determination formula. The results show that evaluation intervals of the 18 water resources comprehensive evaluation index systems in Yinghe river basin in 2017-2021 will gradually increase or decrease with the increase of the evaluation grade. The comprehensive evaluation score of water resources in Yinghe river basin has increased year by year, and the sustainable development of water resources shows a good trend, which realizes the evaluation of the comprehensive utilization effect of water resources in Yinghe river basin from both objective and subjective aspects.
