摘要
半自动人工拆解作为废旧家电拆解处理的主流方式,技术水平有限,亟需提升行业智能化水平。基于逆向工程的自动拆解技术还处于可行性研究阶段,其发展受到经济实力、技术水平和环保要求等多重因素的制约,因此,加速研究成熟的、高效无损的废旧家电拆解装备和拆解技术就显得非常重要。欧美、日本等国注重废旧家电行业智能拆解技术的应用和产业化,起步较早。本文在梳理总结国内废旧家电拆解技术及装备研究基础上,为解决废旧家电拆解过程中,自动化程度低、拆解效率及资源化程度低等行业技术难题,提出面向未来所需的自动-智能化拆解技术及装备所需的关键核心技术,可提高废旧家电拆解线自动化程度,实现废旧家电的智能自动高效绿色拆解。
Semi-automatic manual dismantling is the mainstream way of dismantling and processing waste electrical appliances,the technical level is limited,and it is urgent to improve the level of industrial intelligence.Automatic disassembly technology based on reverse engineering was still in the feasibility study stage,and its development was restricted by many factors such as technology,economy and environmental protection.Therefore,it was very important to accelerate the research of mature,efficient and nondestructive electronic component disassembly equipment and technology.Europe,America,Japan and other countries had paid attention to the application and industrialization of intelligent disassembly technology in waste household appliances industry,which started much more early than China.Aiming at the technical problems of low automation,low disassembly efficiency and low resource utilization in the process of dismantling waste household appliances,this paper proposed the key core technologies of automatic intelligent dismantling technology and equipment for the future on the basis of summarizing the foreign and domestic research on the dismantling technology and equipment of waste household appliances.
