摘要
人文交流对于邻国关系发展意义重大。建交三十年来,中国和塔吉克斯坦有着推进双边人文交流合作的强烈意愿和积极实践,但整体表现出起步较早、发展缓慢、影响有限等特点,较其他领域交流合作相对滞后,同时具有广阔的发展空间和紧迫的必要性。以构建世代友好双边关系为目标,中塔双方需要以民心相通为核心驱动,进一步发挥人文交流的基础性、能动性和先导性作用,提升战略定位,扩展和丰富交流合作路径与形式,使中塔人文交流合作不断深入发展。
Cultural exchanges are of great significance to the development of relations between neighboring countries. As friendly neighbors, China and Tajikistan boast strong will and has made active efforts to promote bilateral cultural exchanges, leading to some gratifying achievements. However, since the establishment of diplomatic relations 30 years ago, the overall cultural exchanges between China and Tajikistan have shown the characteristics of early start, slow development, and limited influence. Comparatively speaking, they lag behind cooperation and exchanges in other fields while possessing broad development space and urgent necessity. With the goal of building a friendly bilateral relationship for generations, China and Tajikistan need to take people-to-people bonds as the core driving force, further bring the basic, dynamic, and leading role of cultural exchanges into play, enhance the strategic positioning of bilateral cultural exchanges, and expand and enrich ways of exchanges and cooperation. In this way, the cultural exchanges between China and Tajikistan will continue to develop in a pragmatic direction.
