摘要
采用以多元醇、扩链剂、催化剂、有机硅开孔剂、水等合成的树脂A和预聚物树脂B,合成了轻质高弹聚氨酯鞋底材料。详细研究了异氰酸酯指数(R)、多元醇质量比、扩链剂种类、有机硅开孔剂的用量以及模温等对产品性能的影响。结果表明:R为1.03,多元醇a、b质量比为75:25,扩链剂为单乙二醇(4.0质量份),有机硅开孔剂IMR-852为0.4质量份,模温为55~60℃时,制品剥离强度为4.1N/mm,拉伸强度为3.0 MPa,不收缩,回弹率超过55%。
Lightweight and high elastic polyurethane shoe sole materials were synthesized using resin A and prepolymer resin B,which were synthesized with polyol,chain extender,catalyst,silicone pore opening agent and water,etc.The influence of the isocyanate index(R),the mass ratio of polyol,the type of chain extender,the amount of silicone pore opening agent and the mold temperature,etc.on the product performance was investigated in detail.The results showed that when R was 1.03,the mass ratio of polyol a and b was 75:25,the chain extender was monoethylene glycol(4.0 parts by mass),the amount of silicone pore opening agent IMR-852 was 0.4 parts by mass,and the mold temperature was 55~60℃,the peel strength of the product was 4.1 N/mm and the tensile strength was 3.0 MPa.There was no shrinkage and the rebound rate was over 55%.
