摘要
腹膜癌是指在腹膜上发生和(或)发展的一类恶性肿瘤,包括原发性腹膜癌和继发性腹膜癌两种,是长期以来临床肿瘤学中的难题。腹膜癌的治疗、发展离不开全世界肿瘤专家的合作,因此肿瘤学家共同创立了国际腹膜表面恶性肿瘤学会(Peritoneal Surface Oncology Group International,PSOGI),旨在通过全球肿瘤学家的协同努力,深入研究腹膜癌的发生发展机制和防治策略,大力推广普及腹膜癌诊治技术体系,以期在胃肠道肿瘤和妇科肿瘤的自然病程中,阻断腹膜癌发生发展进程,最终实现腹膜癌可控可治。本文从5个方面系统回顾总结PSOGI的发展历程:PSOGI的时代背景、大会历程、会议成果、多中心研究、PSOGI的未来,阐述PSOGI的使命和发展战略。
Peritoneal carcinomatosis(PC), defined as the primary or secondary occurrence/progression of malignant tumor in peritoneum, is a long-standing challenge in clinical oncology. The treatment and development of PC are inseparable from the cooperation of oncologists around the world. The Peritoneal Surface Oncology Group International(PSOGI), founded by leading global oncologists, is committed to coordinating and accelerating studies on the mechanisms, prevention and treatment of PC, as well as vigorous promotion of the most appropriate integrated treatment strategies throughout the world. The ultimate goal of this international organization is to block the occurrence and development of PC in the natural history of gastrointestinal and gynecological tumors, and convert PC from a terminal condition to controllable, preventable and treatable disease status. Bearing this in mind, this paper systematically summarizes the development of PSOGI from the following five aspects: the historical background of PSOGI, the educational courses of the conferences, the results of the conferences, multi-center researches, and the future of PSOGI. This will help crystalize the PSOGI missions and development strategies.
