摘要
当下,在我国正在大力推动绿色经济发展的过程中,面临的空气污染与固体废弃物污染等形势仍然很严峻。以传统化石能源驱动的工业发展方式已经不适应可持续发展的时代需要。基于“双碳”目标下,我国更需要转变发展方式,走清洁发展、可持续发展的道路。目前,很多城市通过经济结构转型的方式,用清洁能源代替化石能源,这种尝试让城市可持续发展成为可能。而固定污染源的长期存在是必然,大量废气污染源源不断产生,不仅降低了人们的生活质量,也不利于绿色生态居住环境建设,更不利于绿色经济的可持续发展。在新时代背景下,为了做好污染防控,政府部门着手固定污染源废气监测,通过环境监测工作控制废气污染在一定范围内,并通过建立全方位、全过程的监测流程,可以有效提升污染废弃物质量,只有通过这样的方式才能提升监测效果,提高质量控制价值,本文将对此进行分析和研究。
At present, in our country in the process of promoting green economy development, facing the situation of air pollution and solid waste pollution is still severe. The industrial development mode driven by traditional fossil energy has not adapted to the needs of the era of sustainable development. Based on the "double carbon" goal, our country needs to change the mode of development more, and take the path of clean and sustainable development. At present, many cities are replacing fossil energy with clean energy through economic restructuring, which is an attempt to make sustainable urban development possible. And stationary sources of longterm existence is a must, and continuously produce large amounts of waste gas pollution, not only reduces the quality of people’s lives,also go against green ecological residential environment construction, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of green economy. In the new era background, in order to make the pollution prevention and control, the government departments to stationary sources waste gas monitoring, through the environmental monitoring work control exhaust pollution in a controllable scope, through the establishment of all-round, the whole monitoring process, can effectively improving the quality of waste pollution of quality control, in such a way, to improve monitoring effect, improve the quality control value, this article will analyze and study this.
