摘要
提升军事职业教育学习绩效,是贯彻落实新时代军事教育方针、满足官兵开展个性化在线学习需求、培养高素质专业化新型军事人才的需要。目前,如何提升广大官兵军事职业教育学习绩效、加快新时代军事人才培养成为亟需解决的现实问题。该文通过对军事职业教育及学习绩效相关研究的梳理,针对当前军事职业教育的现状进行分析,探讨研究军事职业教育学习绩效提升的方法举措,以期能够为高效开展军事职业教育学习提供参考。
To improve the learning performance of military vocational education is to implement the military education policy in the new era,meet the needs of officers and soldiers to carry out personalized online learning,and train a new type of high-quality professional military personnel.At present,how to improve the learning performance of military vocational education for officers and soldiers and accelerate the training of military talents in the new era has become an urgent practical problem to solve.Based on the review of the relevant studies on military vocational education and learning performance,this paper analyzes the current situation of military vocational education and discusses the methods and measures to improve the learning performance of military vocational education,in order to provide reference for the efficient development of military vocational education learning.
