摘要
通过构建社区信息模型(CIM)平台,永嘉雅林未来社区项目实现规划、设计、建设全流程数字化,建立数字社区基底,同时依托周期性更新的CIM数据,实现数字社区与现实社区同生共长。项目提出了社区建设过程的数字化管理方案,包括对工程建设质量、进度、安全、成本进行精细化管控,实现建设过程统筹管理。
By building a community information model(CIM) platform, the Yalin Future Community Project in Yongjia,Zhejiang, realizes the digitalization of the whole process of planning, design and construction, establishes a digital community base, while at the same time, by relying on the periodically updated CIM data, and achieves common growth and development in digital community and the real community. The project puts forward a digital management plan for the community construction process, including the fine control of the project construction quality, progress, safety and cost, and the overall management of the construction process.
