摘要
水文档案作为水文科技活动的记录和成果,是水文事业的一项巨大资源,也是国家科技档案的重要组成部分。但目前我国水文档案管理问题的研究非常零散化,开展水文档案特点及其管理模式的分析研究具有重要的现实意义。以长江水文档案为例,分析了水文档案的特点,探讨了新时期水文档案的管理模式及方法,提出了提升水文档案整体管理水平的对策及措施,可为新时期水文档案管理工作提供参考。
As the records of achievements in hydrological science and technology activities,hydrological archive is a huge resource of hydrologic cause,and is also an important part of national scientific and technological archives.However,research on the management of hydrological archive in China is apparently scattered and fragmented.It is of great importance to study the characteristics and management mode of hydrological archives.With the hydrological archives in the Bureau of Hydrology of Changjiang Water Resources Commission as an example,we analyzed the characteristics of hydrological archives,expounded the management modes and methods,and put forward measures of improving the overall management ability.The research can be taken as a reference for the management of hydrological archives in the new era.
