摘要
全日制教育硕士双导师制“4+1”培养模式是指在全日制教育硕士培养中,坚持校内导师和校外导师协同培养,以校内导师指导为主,重视发挥校外导师作用的一种培养模式。这一模式是新时代国家培养卓越教师的必然要求,是提升人民对教育满意度、保证全日制教育硕士培养质量、校内校外导师专业共同发展的需要,对落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。实施这一模式稳定一批优秀的校外导师是前提,加强校内外导师协同培养是关键,实施“4+1”培养模式是重要抓手,加强校内外导师相互交流是保障。
The“4+1”training mode of the“double tutorial system”refers to the adherence to the collaborative training of on-campus tutors and off-campus tutors,focusing on the guidance of on-campus tutors,and the off-campus tutors also playing an important role on the training of full-time master of education.This model is an inevitable requirement for the country to cultivate outstanding teachers in the new era,and a need to improve people’s satisfaction with education,to ensure the quality of full-time master’s education,and to meet the academic development of both on-campus and off-campus tutors.It is of great significance to the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in which the stabilization of a group of excellent off-campus tutors is a prerequisite and the strengthening of the collaborative training of on-campus and off-campus tutors is the key.So to implement the“4+1”training mode is an important starting point and to strengthen the mutual exchanges between on-campus and off-campus tutors is the guarantee.
