摘要
饲料添加剂作为一组饲料成分,可以提高动物日粮的营养价值,并在正确使用时增加利润。添加剂应被视为良好的日粮效益提升剂。20世纪40年代开始,活酵母作为添加剂在饲料中添加。本文就活酵母在反刍动物上的应用效果进行综述,旨在为牧场使用活酵母提供理论依据。
Feed additives are a group of feed ingredients,which can improve the nutritional value of animal diets and increase profits when used correctly.Additives should be regarded as good dietary benefit enhancers.Since the 1940s,live yeast has been added to feed as an additive.This paper reviews the effects of live yeast in ruminants:increasing feed intake,daily weight gain,digestibility of roughage,milk yield and accelerating rumen development of young animals.The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the use of live yeast in pasture.
