“双碳”目标下宁夏构建新型电力系统的问题与建议 被引量:4

摘要 宁夏作为国内首个新能源综合示范区,新能源装机占比2022年底将达到50%,超越煤电成为第一大电源,随之面临新型电力系统建设带来的问题和挑战。围绕能源资源禀赋、电网网架、电力外送、新能源消纳和转型政策5个方面总结宁夏构建新型电力系统的基础与优势,并结合宁夏发展实际,从产业结构、电力供应保障、新能源并网消纳、安全稳定运行4个方面分析新型电力系统构建过程中存在的问题;最后,围绕上述问题提出了加快能源产业结构转型升级,保障电力安全可靠供应,提升新能源并网消纳能力,提高新型电力系统安全防护能力等相关建议,对推动宁夏能源转型发展和新型电力系统建设具有一定的指导意义。 Ningxia is taking as the national first comprehensive demonstration area of new energy,the installed capacity new energy will reach 50%at the end of the year in 2022,Which will become the largest power supply in the region beyond coal,but to confront with the problems and challenges for the new power system construction.This paper summarizes the foundation and advantages of building the new power system in Ningxia from five aspects:energy resource endowment,power grid network,power transmission,new energy consumption and transformation policy.Combined with the actual development of Ningxia,the problems existing in the construction of the new power system are analyzed from four aspects:industrial structure,power supply guarantee,new energy grid connection and consumption,safe and stable operation.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to speed up the construction of new power system around the above problems,which has certain guiding significance for promoting the transformation and development of energy in Ningxia and the construction of the new power system.
