摘要
文章从公立医院经营现状及面临的内外部环境变化出发,分析了公立医院面临的筹资风险,提出了公立医院应对筹资活动主要风险的控制措施,进而保证公立医院正常有序、高效率、高质量的运营。
The article starts with the operating conditions and the changes in the internal and external environment of public hospitals,analyzes the financing risks faced by public hospitals,and puts forward the main risk control measures for public hospitals to deal with financing activities,and then ensures the normal,orderly,efficient and high-quality operation of public hospitals.
