摘要
气凝胶特异的三维网络结构使其具有低导热系数、高比表面积、低密度、低介电系数等优异性能。但传统气凝胶存在脆性大、韧性差、强度低、复合制品“掉粉掉渣”等缺陷,柔性气凝胶可以有效解决以上问题。本文综述了国内外柔性气凝胶主流研究方向最新进展,分析对比柔性二氧化硅气凝胶的制备工艺、前驱体配比、结构控制等,总结了柔性气凝胶在各个领域的应用,并对其未来发展及应用前景进行展望。
Aerogel has excellent properties such as low thermal conductivity, high surface area, low density and low dielectric coefficient due to its specific three-dimensional network structure. However, traditional aerogel also has some defects such as high brittleness, poor toughness, low strength, and powder and slag dropping of composite products, and flexible aerogel can effectively solve these problems. This paper reviews the latest progress in the mainstream research direction of flexible aerogel at home and abroad, analyzes and compares the preparation process, precursor ration and structure control of flexible silica aerogel, summarizes the application of flexible aerogel in different fields, and prospects its future development.
