摘要
高拉速连铸是钢铁工业节能减排、绿色发展的必然趋势,其对连铸工艺的稳定性提出了更高要求,特别是高拉速连铸条件下结晶器内的钢液流动和液面稳定性控制至关重要.伴随着高拉速连铸技术的发展,电磁制动技术应运而生,它具有无污染和灵活控制的优点,现已广泛应用于高拉速连铸过程中.本文中介绍了国内外连铸结晶器电磁控流技术的发展,指出了不同类型结晶器电磁控流装置的工艺特点和冶金功效,明确了电磁控流装置的类型、安装位置和磁场强度对控制结晶器内钢液合理流动和改善铸坯质量的重要性.最后,笔者认为高拉速连铸结晶器电磁控流技术应向研发多区域、多模式及集成静磁场与交变磁场协同工作的多功能电磁控制装置,以及高精度、低时延的连铸在线监测与控流于一体的智能化电磁控流系统方向发展,以确保连铸结晶器内钢液流动模式、渣金界面稳定性和初凝坯壳均匀生长等得到精准控制,实现高拉速连铸稳定和高质化生产.
High speed continuous casting is an inevitable trend of green development of steel industry with energy saving and CO2emission reduction,which puts forward higher requirements for the stability of continuous casting process,especially the stability control of molten steel flow and liquid level fluctuation in high speed continuous casting mold.With the development of high speed continuous casting technology,electromagnetic braking(EMBr)has been exploited,and widely used in high speed continuous casting process,because of the advantages of pollution free and flexible control.This paper introduces the development of electromagnetic flow control technology for continuous casting mold at home and abroad,points out the process characteristics and metallurgical efficacy of different types of electromagnetic flow control devices for mold,and clarifies the importance of the type,installation position and magnetic field intensity of electromagnetic control devices for control of reasonable molten steel flow in mold and improvement of slab quality.Finally,the authors believe that the electromagnetic flow control technology of high speed continuous casting mold should be developed towards the direction of multi-functional electromagnetic control device with multi-region,multi-mode and harmonization of static and alternating magnetic fields,and the intelligent electromagnetic flow control system with high accuracy and low time delay for online monitoring and flow control in continuous casting mold,in order to achieve high precise control of liquid steel flow mode,slag/metal interface stability and uniform growth of initial solidified shell in the continuous casting mold,and also the stable and high-quality production of high casting speed continuous casting.
