摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地富县油区长8油藏属于低渗致密油藏,开发难度大,常规压裂由于施工规模较小,开发效果不理想。本文在分析储层特征的基础上,根据储层脆性、天然裂缝发育、水平主应力差三方面评价体积压裂可行性,并使用FracproPT软件建立数值模型,分析优化施工参数,结果显示适合长8油层压裂的前置液比例为25%~30%,施工排量为8~10 m3/min,平均砂比为9%~12%,将优化结果进行矿场试验,投产16个月后累计产油可提升37%,效果明显。
Chang 8 reservoir in Fuxian oil area of Ordos Basin is a low-permeability tight reservoir, which is difficult to develop. Due to the small construction scale, the development effect of conventional fracturing is not ideal. Based on the analysis of reservoir characteristics, this paper evaluates the feasibility of volume fracturing according to three aspects,reservoir brittleness, natural fracture development and horizontal principal stress difference,establishes a numerical model with FracproPT software, and analyzes and optimizes the construction parameters. The results show that the proportion of pre-fluid suitable for fracturing of Chang 8 reservoir is 25%~30%, the construction displacement is 8~10 m~3/min and the average sand ratio is 9%~12%. The optimization results are tested in the field. After 16 months of operation, the cumulative oil production can be increased by 37%, and the effect is obvious.
