某型工程车行走异常问题分析与改进方法

摘要 某型工程车在出厂试验过程中出现了行走异常和变速箱油温高的现象,其特征包括:行驶约20 km~50 km踩油门出现行走加速减慢现象,后相继出现变速箱压力低、油温高报警等情况。针对该现象,进行拆机检查并采用故障树分析法以及机理计算分析,得出由于压力监测点未考虑压降导致该现象。通过故障复现,将主机修复并调整换挡压力,最后进行验证证实问题得以解决。 In the process of delivery test of a certain type of truck, the phenomenon of abnormal driving and high oil temperature of gearbox appeared. The characteristics include: when driving about 20~50 kilometers, the phenomenon of walking acceleration and deceleration appears when stepping on the accelerator, and the situation of low pressure and high oil temperature of gearbox alarm successively appears. In view of this phenomenon, the disassembly inspection is carried out and the fault tree analysis and mechanism calculation and analysis are used. It is concluded that the drop of pressure is not considered in the pressure monitoring point, which leads to this phenomenon.Through the fault recurrence, the main engine is repaired and the shifting pressure was adjusted.Finally, the problem is verified to be solved.
