摘要
研发了一种新型抑温型混凝土抗裂防水剂HAW,并与高性能纤维抗裂抗渗复合材料(HCM)、混凝土抗裂硅质防水剂(JXⅢ)、混凝土无机纳米抗裂减渗剂(WDF)等市场上常见的几种刚性结构自防水材料进行了水泥净浆水化温升、工作性能、抗压强度、抗渗性能、抗氯离子渗透性能、吸水率和平板开裂等对比试验。结果表明:掺入HAW防水剂后,与空白组相比,水泥水化温峰降低了40.1%,温峰时间延后5.4 h,渗透高度降低79.0%,电通量降低59.9%,吸水率降低45.2%,具有良好的抗渗、防水和抗裂性能。除导致混凝土1 d抗压强度降低外,其他几项性能均有显著提高。
Independently developed a new type of hydration-inhibiting concrete anti-cracking waterproofing agent HAW,which is combined with several common rigid structural self-waterproofing materials on the market:high-performance fiber anti-cracking and impermeability composite material(HCM),concrete anti-cracking siliceous waterproofing agent(JXⅢ),concrete inorganic nano anti-cracking and seepage reducing agent(WDF)were carried out comparative tests of cement slurry hydration temperature rise,work-ing performance,compressive strength,impermeability,resistance to chloride ion penetration,water absorption and plate cracking.The results show that:after adding the self-made HAW waterproofing agent,the cement hydration temperature peak is reduced by 40.1%compared with the blank group,the temperature peak time is delayed by 5.4 h,the penetration height is reduced by 79.0%,the electric flux is reduced by 59.9%,and the water absorption rate is reduced by 45.2%.Except that it will reduce the 1 d compressive strength of concrete,other properties have been significantly improved.The self-made HAW waterproofing agent has good impermeability,waterproofing and crack resistance.
