摘要
目的调查本科实习护生临床死亡态度现状及影响因素。方法方便抽取208名上海市3所高校大四全日制本科实习护生为研究对象,完成一般资料表和死亡态度描绘量表(修订)中文版。结果本科实习护生总体有正向积极的死亡态度,但受不同因素影响存在不同程度的差异,主要体现在性别、实习医院等级、有无宗教信仰、有无自杀想法以及是否在家中与亲人比较正式地谈论过死亡、是否参加过葬礼、是否接受过与死亡教育相关的课程、是否轮转过急诊科、是否经历过患者死亡方面。结论家庭应注重生死教育、学校应加强死亡教育课程、医院临床教育应开展护生应对患者死亡的心理教育,三者相互协作,指导护生树立对死亡的正确认识,提升本科实习护生的护理质量。
Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of clinical attitude to death of undergraduate nursing students.Methods 208 full-time undergraduate nursing students from 3 universities in Shanghai were selected as the research objects,and the general data sheet and the revised Chinese version of the attitude to death Mapping Scale were completed.Results Undergraduate nursing interns generally had positive attitudes towards death,but there were differences in different degrees affected by different factors,mainly reflected in gender,the level of practice hospital,whether they had religious beliefs,whether they had suicidal thoughts,whether they had talked about death formally with their relatives at home,whether they had attended funerals,whether they had received courses related to death education,whether they had turned to the emergency department,and whether they had experienced patient deaths.Conclusion The family should pay attention to the education of life and death,the school should strengthen the death education curriculum,and the hospital clinical education should carry out the psychological education of nursing students to deal with patients'death.The three should cooperate with each other to guide nursing students to establish a correct understanding of death,and improve the nursing quality of undergraduate nursing students.
