摘要
为了提高对食用植物油中常见的三种抗氧化剂的检测效率,建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)搭配二极管阵列检测器(PDA)快速测定的方法。该方法经过方法学验证,TBHQ、BHA、BHT三种抗氧化剂在0.100~100μg/mL范围线性良好,判定系数(R^(2))均在0.999以上,以信噪比(S/N)约等于10确定定量限均为2.00 mg/kg,在2.00、4.00、20.0、200 mg/kg4个浓度加标的平均回收率为91.57%~105.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.3%~3.3%。该方法相比国标方法操作更便捷,更节省有机试剂,提取效率和灵敏度更高。
In order to improve the detection efficiency of three common antioxidants in edible vegetable oils,a rapid method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)combined with diode array detector(PDA)was established.The method was verified by methodology.The linearity of TBHQ,BHA and BHT was good in the range of 0.100~100μg/mL,and the determination coefficient(R^(2))was above 0.999.The limit of quantification was 2.00 mg/kg when the signal-to-noise ratio(S/N)was about 10.The average recoveries at 4spiked levels of 2.00,4.00,20.0,200 mg/kg were 91.57%~105.0%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.3%~3.3%.Compared with the national standard method,the method is more convenient to operate,less organic reagents,and has higher extraction efficiency and sensitivity.
