摘要
建立了利用高效液相色谱测定食用植物油中的呕吐毒素的方法。实验采用真菌毒素多功能净化柱对食用植物油中呕吐毒素提取液进行净化,用C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水溶液(20∶80,v/v)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,二极管阵列检测器在波长218 nm处进行检测。被测样品加标回收率为93.6%~99.4%,RSD为4.33%~11.39%。
A HPLC method is proposed for the determination of vomitoxin in edible vegetable oil.The multifunctional purification column of mycotoxin was used to purify the extract of vomittin in edible vegetable oil.The separation was achieved by using a C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with methanol-water(20∶80,v/v)as eluent,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 25℃,lastly detected at 218 nm through a photo-diode array detector.With this method,good linear relationship,sensitivity and reproducibility were obtained.Rate of recovery ranged from 93.6%to 99.4%,RSD ranged from 4.33%to 11.39%.
