煤矿用高分子加固材料金属腐蚀性评价方法的研究

摘要 为研究高分子加固材料对注浆设备的腐蚀性,按照GB/T 38498-2020、JB/T7901-2001金属腐蚀性评价方法,测试了高分子加固材料对碳钢、铜、不锈钢3种金属的腐蚀速率,并评价了加固材料各组分的金属腐蚀等级。结果表明,采用方案(Ⅱ),加固材料对金属的腐蚀速率最大,其腐蚀等级最严重;采用不同试验方法,加固材料各组分对铜、不锈钢的腐蚀速率基本相同,腐蚀等级均为基本无腐蚀。但碳钢的腐蚀速率波动较大,腐蚀等级由基本无腐蚀变为中度腐蚀。经分析得出,采用方案(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)进行加固材料金属腐蚀性评价时,容易出现较大偏差。而采用方案(Ⅲ)时,测试加固材料各组分的金属腐蚀速率相对客观,试验结果也与实际腐蚀结果符合性较好。 In order to study the corrosion of polymer reinforcement materials on grouting equipment,according to GB/T38498-2020,JB/T7901-2001 metal corrosion evaluation method,the corrosion rate of polymer reinforcement materials on carbon steel,copper and stainless steel was tested,and the metal corrosion grade of each component of reinforcement materials was evaluated.The results show that the corrosion rate of the reinforcement material to the metal is the largest and the corrosion grade is the most serious by using scheme(Ⅱ).Using different test methods,the corrosion rate of each component of the reinforcement material to copper and stainless steel is basically the same,and the corrosion grade is basically no corrosion.However,the corrosion rate of carbon steel fluctuates greatly,and the corrosion grade changes from basically no corrosion to moderate corrosion.According to the analysis,it is easy to have a large deviation when using schemes(Ⅰ)and(Ⅱ)to evaluate the metal corrosion of reinforcement materials.When Scheme(Ⅲ)is adopted,the metal corrosion rate of each component of the reinforcement material is relatively objective,and the test results are in good agreement with the actual corrosion results.
