摘要
针对陆成煤业使用的MG300型采煤机存在跟踪响应慢、设备运行精度不足的缺点,提出了以电液比例阀为核心部件的调高系统方案。使用ASAMS与AMESim软件对电液比例阀控缸动态性能进行仿真研究,同时加装单向节流阀与单向阻尼器,解决设备下降时的振动,满足开口处小流量的控制要求,增强阀芯工作稳定性。仿真试验结果证明,基于PID控制策略的电液比例调高系统的调高误差在0.07 m以内。现场应用表明,系统运行稳定性较好,降低了维修工作量,节约了生产成本,减少了事故发生率。
Aiming at the shortcomings of slow tracking response and insufficient operation accuracy of MG300 shearer used in Lucheng Coal Industry,a height adjustment system scheme with electro-hydraulic proportional valve as the core component is proposed.ASAMS and AMESim software are used to simulate the dynamic performance of electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder.At the same time,one-way throttle valve and one-way damper are added to solve the vibration when the equipment drops,meet the control requirements of small flow at the opening,and enhance the working stability of the valve core.The simulation results show that the height adjustment error of the electro-hydraulic proportional height adjustment system based on PID control strategy is within 0.07 m.The field application shows that the system has good operation stability,reduces the maintenance workload,saves the production cost and reduces the accident rate.
