摘要
全面介绍在建滇藏铁路丽江—香格里拉段控制性工程:哈巴雪山隧道高地应力玄武岩大变形引起的隧道衬砌开裂压溃段问题处理方案。通过对隧道衬砌长段落开裂压溃问题的分析,对衬砌开裂压溃极为严重地段,采取弃渣回填反压后全面拆换和支护衬砌加强的处理措施,监测结果表明效果良好;结合隧道出口平导及正洞的变形情况,针对后续段正洞施工,提出超前平导、拱墙自进式长锚杆、双层初支、加强衬砌、仰拱抗拉锚管等系统支护的建议方案。现场初步应用结果表明,该支护方案效果明显,可为同类地质条件大变形隧道修建提供参考。
This paper comprehensively introduces the treatment scheme for the cracking and collapse of the tunnel lining caused by the large deformation of the basalt under high crustal stress in the Haba Snow Mountain Tunnel,a critical work of the Lijiang-Shangrila section of the Yunnan-Tibet Railway under construction.Through the analysis of the cracking and collapse in the long sections of tunnel lining,the sections with extremely serious lining cracking and collapse are completely replaced and reinforced for the support and lining after spoil backfilling and backpressing,and the monitoring results indicate a good effect;the proposal of advance parallel adit,self-propelled long anchor bolt for arch wall,double-layer initial support,lining reinforcement,tensile anchor pipe for inverted arch and other system support are put forward for the main tunnel construction of the subsequent section based on the deformation degree of the parallel adit of tunnel exit and the main tunnel.The results of the preliminary application in the site show that the support scheme is effective and can provide a reference for the construction of tunnels with large deformation under similar geological conditions.
