摘要
根据中药的增效减毒配伍应用,探究毒性中药水蛭的临床性味配伍规律,其规律如下:水蛭增效配伍常加苦寒药物以消散瘀结、通腑消积、清热解毒,配以辛散药物以通络止痛、散瘀定痛,配伍咸寒之品以软坚散结,配伍虫类药物以攻坚通络。水蛭减毒配伍则通过补益之品以扶正、合以滋阴药物柔润、佐以酸敛药物以收散。水蛭作为破瘀血常用的毒性药物,临证运用时应注重辨证论治,通过合理的性味配伍达到增效减毒的作用,并进而扩大其临床应用的广泛性与安全性。
Based on the application of synergy and attenuation of Chinese herbs, probe into the compatibility rule of property and flavor for leech, and lead out the following rules: Leeches are often combined with bitter-cold Chinese herbs in order to enhance effect, such as removing stagnation, eliminating accumulation, cleaning heat and detoxification. Also combined with pungent herbs for relieving pain and dissipating blood-stasis. Still match with salt-cold medicine herbs for soft and also compatible with insect herbs to smoothing collaterals. The relevant of attenuated compatibility with utilized tonic medicine to strengthen the body resistance and added to nourishing-yin herbs to moisten and applied with acid-flavor medicine to convergent and divergency. The leeches as a common toxic medicine used into clinic to removed blood-stasis, while how to obtain with the role of synergy and attenuation through property and flavor of reasonable compatibility can be essential ways for amplifing with clinic application and safety.
