摘要
中医历史悠久,历经两千多年的传承与发展形成了一套成熟的术语体系,但是有些术语已不具有现实意义,被自然淘汰,有些术语指称的概念不明确并且存在2个或以上术语指称同一概念的混乱现象,亟需进行术语规范。目前中医术语标准化存在若干问题,一是过度强调术语单义性,二是未制定适宜的中医术语标准化原则和方法,三是缺乏术语学理论的指导,未构建中医的概念系统和术语系统。中医术语标准化应遵循简化性、系统性、共识性、推荐性原则,结合中医术语的特点,采用多种方法开展中医术语标准化工作,包括建立中医的概念系统和术语系统,规范中医术语,中医术语应附上“异名”,规范中医术语的定义,确定中医术语的编码等,中医术语标准化对中医药的标准制定、国际传播等具有重要意义。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)enjoys a long history and has a well-developed terminology system after inheritance and development for more than two thousand years.However,some of the terms have no practical significance and die out gradually;some terms name concepts ambiguously;and there is chaos that two or more terms name the same concept.Therefore,it is urgent to standardize TCM terminology.Currently,there are several problems with TCM terminology standardization,including excessive emphasis on the monosemy of terms;failure to formulate the principles and methods suitable for TCM terminology standardization;and lack of guidance by terminology science and failure to construct TCM conceptual and terminology systems.TCM terminology standardization should be carried out by considering the characteristics of TCM terms and following the principles of being concise,systematic,generally agreed and recommendable.Various methods can be used for TCM terminology standardization,including constructing the conceptual and terminology systems of TCM,normalizing TCM terms and their definitions,providing different names of terms and reasonable coding of TCM terms.It has great significance for standard formulation and international communication of TCM.
