摘要
课程思政是将科学教育与德育教育协同进行,即将思政教育逐步融入专业课程的日常教学,使二者相互渗透、相互融合,在当今医学教育中人文思政教育日益受到重视,而医学检验技术专业属于医学中一个分支,虽属技术类专业,但在临床疾病的诊断和治疗中有着举足轻重的地位和作用,故在教学中融入思政教育也相当重要。在检验专业课程中要充分挖掘思政元素,提高思政教育认识,教师从教学方法与策略、教学内容、评价体系等方面进行改革探索,通过列举实例、小组讨论、情境感化等方式使得学生对思政与专业的结合更紧密,在专业学习中对思政的认识更加深刻。在精进技术的同时培养良好的行为习惯,树立甘于奉献、严谨治学、敢于创新、实事求是的工作作风和职业修养,成为品质高尚、技术过硬、有创新意识的高素质的医学应用型人才。
Curriculum ideological and political education is a combination of science education and moral education,that is, ideological and political education is gradually integrated into the daily teaching of professional courses,so that the two are mutually permeated and integrated.In today’s medical education, humanistic ideological and political education is increasingly paid attention to, and medical laboratory technology is a branch of medicine,although it is a technical major. However, it plays a pivotal role in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases, so it is also very important to integrate ideological and political education into teaching. In the examination of major courses,ideological and political elements should be fully explored to improve the understanding of ideological and political education. Teachers should conduct reform and exploration from the aspects of teaching methods and strategies, teaching content, evaluation system, etc. By enumerating examples,group discussion, situational influence, etc., students should have a closer combination of ideological and political education with major, and have a deeper understanding of ideological and political education in professional learning.While improving technology, we should cultivate good habits of behavior, establish a work style and professional accomplishment of being willing to contribute, rigorous academic research, daring to innovate and seeking truth from facts, and become a high-quality medical applied talents with noble quality, excellent technology and innovative consciousness.
