摘要
目的观察运动疗法+心理护理运用在妊娠期糖尿病中的价值。方法将在2021年3月—2022年3月龙岩市第一医院收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法进行分组。每组60例,以常规护理为对照组,以在对照组基础上配合运动疗法+心理护理为研究组。比较两组患者在护理前、后血糖指标水平、不良情绪评分、自我护理能力评分,并判断对护理的依从性及对护理的满意度,随访至分娩统计不良妊娠结局。结果在护理后的血糖指标水平、不良情绪评分较护理前下降,且研究组高于对照组,在护理后的自我护理能力评分较护理前提升,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理依从性优良率及满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良妊娠结局率为3.33%显著低于对照组21.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者中,开展以运动疗法+心理护理干预,可显著的改善患者的血糖指标水平,减轻患者的不良情绪,提升患者的自我护理能力,并且提高患者的护理依从性与护理满意率,改善分娩不良结局。
Objective To observe the value of the use of exercise therapy+psychological care in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From March 2021 to March 2022,120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the First Hospital of Longyan City were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups by random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given exercise therapy+psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose index level,bad mood score and self-care ability score of the two groups before and after nursing were compared,and the compliance of nursing and the satisfaction of nursing were judged,and the adverse pregnancy outcome was followed up until delivery.Results The blood glucose index level and bad mood score after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group.The self-care ability score after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of nursing compliance and satisfaction rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcome rate of the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(21.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,exercise therapy+psychological care intervention can significantly improve patients’blood glucose index levels,reduce patients’negative emotions,improve patients’self-care ability,and increase patients’nursing compliance and satisfaction rate,and improve adverse pregnancy outcomes.
