摘要
介绍了树脂定量装置在冷芯盒自动混砂系统中的重要性和当前主要的定量加料方式,分析了这几种定量加料方式的优缺点及应用场合,设计了一种用于冷芯盒自动混砂系统的注射式双组份树脂定量装置。该双组份树脂定量装置共设两套,用于给自动混砂系统的混砂机供给双组份树脂,通过采用编码器和注射式加料方式,分别解决了铸造树脂类等流体控制精度低、树脂加入不稳定等问题。该树脂定量装置定量精确、结构简易,自动化程度高,适合在铸造自动混砂系统中推广应用。
The importance of resin quantitative device in the cold box automatic sand mixing system and the current main quantitative feeding methods have been introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of these quantitative feeding methods and their applications have been analyzed. An injection type two-component resin quantitative device for the cold box automatic sand mixing system has been designed. This two-component resin quantitative device is equipped with two sets in total, which is used to supply two-component resin to the sand mixer of the automatic sand mixing system. By using the encoder and the injection feeding mode, the problems such as low control accuracy of casting resin and unstable resin addition are solved respectively. The resin quantitative device has accurate quantitative,simple structure and high degree of automation, which is suitable for popularization and application in automatic sand mixing system of casting.
