消失模砂温冷却电控方法的研究

摘要 消失模铸造浇注后砂温过高,为使其重复循环使用,需增加砂温冷却系统,达到降温的目的。针对砂温冷却系统设计了相应的电控系统。根据消失模的工艺要求及对砂子的温度要求,将采集的出口砂温进行处理与判断,通过PLC编程,实现对变频器的实时调整,从而控制下料的速度。最终实现对消失模铸造砂温的在线实时监测及闭环控制。 The sand temperature of EPC casting is too high after pouring.In order to make it be used repeatedly,a sand temperature cooling system should be added to reduce the temperature.The corresponding electric control system is designed for the sand temperature cooling system.According to the process requirements of EPC and the requirements for sand temperature,the collected outlet sand temperature has been processed and judged.Through PLC programming,the inverter has been adjusted in real time to control the blanking speed.Therefore,the on-line real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of sand temperature in EPC can be realized.
