摘要
高质量发展是新时期红色旅游发展的战略任务,科学构建红色旅游高质量发展评价指标体系能有效测度红色旅游高质量发展水平、准确把握其发展重点与方向、进一步实现红色旅游高质量发展目标。本文基于新发展理念,在充分理解红色旅游高质量发展内涵的基础上,综合运用地理探测器、层次分析法等方法构建相应的评价指标体系。红色旅游高质量发展评价指标体系涉及创新发展、融合发展、协调发展、共享发展、高效发展五个维度,其中创新发展所占权重最高,创新发展也是红色旅游高质量发展的关键所在。
High-quality development constitutes in the new era a central task for red tourism,a subset of tourism in which people visit sites with historical significance for communism in China.Therefore,an evaluation index system is supposed to be established rationally to assess the high-quality development of red tourism and elucidate its priorities and orientations,thus achieving the goals of the development.Relying on the new development concept and in accordance with the connotations of the high quality development of red tourism,the article puts forward an evaluation index system through the use of geographical detector technique in combination with analytical hierarchy process.The evaluation system encompasses five dimensions,including innovative development,integrated development,coordinated development,shared development and efficient development,among which the innovative development takes up the highest index weight,and it is also the key to the high-quality development of red tourism.
