摘要
根据能源消耗总量和碳排放系数,计算得到福建省1981—2019年的碳排放量,运用因子分析法研究影响福建省碳排放的各项因素。结果表明:影响福建省碳排放量的各项因素,按照影响程度排序依次为能源消费总量、人口总量、能源价格、经济发展水平、国际贸易、第二产业比重、固定资产投资、第三产业比重和能源结构。据此提出进一步优化能源消费结构、以低碳经济为发展方向进行经济结构调整、推进低碳城市建设、构建福建省碳排放权交易制度体系和优化对外贸易结构等政策建议。
According to the total energy consumption and carbon emission coefficient,this paper studies the factors affecting carbon emissions by using factor analysis and by calculating the carbon emissions from 1981 to 2019 in Fujian Province.The results show that the factors in order are energy consumption,total population,energy price,economic development level,international trade,proportion of secondary industry,fixed asset investment,proportion of tertiary industry and energy structure.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions such as further optimizing the energy consumption structure,adjusting the economic structure with the development direction of low-carbon economy,promoting the construction of low-carbon city,building the carbon emission trading system and optimizing the structure of foreign trade.
