摘要
坡道起步控制是AMT产品化的关键技术之一,而坡道起步、坡道控制,坡度信号是必要输入,在混动系统中,对于能量管理、换挡控制、避免频繁换挡、动力性差和燃油经济性差等方面都具有重要的作用。本文通过获取控制器内部的加速度进行坡度计算,并进行试验验证,与外置的坡度传感器进行对标,满足实际使用工况,大大降低了采购成本。
Hill start assist control is one of the key technology of AMT transition, the ramp start, ramp control, slope is necessary input signal, in a hybrid system for energy management, shift control, avoid frequent shift, poor dynamic performance and fuel economy plays an important role. This paper obtain the controller inside the acceleration calculation of slope and test verification,and the outer slope sensor for standard,satisfy the actual working condition of use,greatly reduce the purchasing cost.
