摘要
为解决大型复杂装备实作训练中部分学生操作“猛”、部分学生不敢练的问题,以某型无人机飞机吊装科目训练为例,设计递进式教学模式并在飞机系统维修专业开展实践,基于实践过程数据与学习成效理论构建递进式学习曲线以进一步优化教学设计,为提升吊装科目学习成效提供可借鉴的教学模式。
In order to solve the problem that some students are "fierce" in operation and some are afraid to practice on large and complex equipment in the practical training,a progressive teaching model is designed and practiced in aircraft system maintenance profession. Based on the data of practical process and learning effectiveness theory,a progressive learning curve is constructed to further optimize the teaching design and provide reference teaching model and data support for improving the learning effectiveness of complex equipment. Itprovides a reference teaching model and data support for improving the learning effectiveness of the hoisting subject,and provides a practical reference for researching a new mode of teaching complex equipmenttraining.
