3种锌矿石和锌精矿成分分析标准物质的研制

摘要 研制了3种锌矿石与锌精矿成分分析标准物质。从国内有代表性的矿区取样,采用了多级破碎、三维机械混筛工艺,确保了该标准物质化学成分的均匀性,多家权威实验室用准确可靠的分析方法确定了19个元素成分的标准值和不确定度,经考察,标准物质的均匀性与稳定性良好。该项目标准物质已被国家市场监督管理总局批准为国家级标准物质。 Three reference materials for composition analysis of zinc ore and zinc concentrate were developed.Samples were selected from different representative mining areas at home.Using the multi-stage crushing and three-dimensional mechanical mixing process,ensure the homogeneity of CRMs.Several authoritative laboratories used accurate and reliable analysis methods to determine the values and standard uncertainties of 19 elements.After investigation,the uniformity and stability of the reference materials were good.The reference materials of this project have been approved as national reference materials by State Administration for Market Regulation of P.R.China.
