摘要
因瓦合金是一种低膨胀型铁镍合金,由于其具有优异的低膨胀性能而被广泛应用于航空航天、精密仪器等领域。随着我国在航空航天、电子工业、航海及核工业等重点领域的快速发展,因瓦合金的制备工艺逐渐成为行业研究的热点课题。然而,由于其强度低、焊接性差、抗锈性弱等问题,大大降低了其使用安全性。文中概述了国内外塑性变形及热处理工艺对因瓦型低膨胀合金组织与性能影响的研究进展,对航空航天因瓦合金塑性加工及热处理工艺的优化提供理论参考。
Invar alloy is a kind of low expansion Fe-Ni alloy,that is widely used in aerospace,precision instruments and other fields due to its excellent low expansion performance.With the rapid development of the aerospace,electronic,navigation and nuclear industries in China,the preparation process of Invar alloys has gradually become a focus of industry research.However,its low strength,poor weldability and weak rust resistance have greatly reduced its safety factor.Research on the effects of plastic deformation and heat treatment progress on the microstructure and properties of invar type low expansion alloys in China and in other countries is summarized in this paper,which provides a theoretical reference for the optimization of plastic processing and heat treatment processes of Invar alloys for aerospace applications.
