摘要
伴随我国城市化的快速发展,城市中出现大量建筑结构复杂的高层建筑群,而高层建筑群的风环境问题是城市发展过程中所面临的突出问题之一。采用数值模拟方法对0°~150°开口角度的6种高层建筑布局形式进行风环境分析,并以西安市某高层住宅小区为工程实例,将实测数据与模拟结果进行对比,验证数值模拟方法的正确性与合理性。比较分析6种布局形式下,高层建筑群内3类典型风场不利区域行人高度处的风速比,包括风速较大的建筑迎风面区域、建筑物之间容易形成较强巷道风区域、建筑风影区内风速较小区域,获得建筑群开口角度与出口风速比之间的函数关系。得出建筑群开口角度对其周围风环境状况的影响规律,为高层建筑群的实际规划与设计提供有益的参考。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China,a large number of high-rise buildings with complex structure appear in cities.High-rise buildings wind environment issues is one of the outstanding problems in the process of urban development.Numerical simulation of six kinds of opening angle(0°~150°)in high-rise building was made for the analysis of wind environment.Taking a high-rise residential district in Xi’an city as an example,the measured data are compared with the simulation results to verify the correctness and rationality of the numerical simulation method.The wind speed ratio at pedestrians height in three typical areas of disadvantage in high-rise buildings under six kinds of layout patterns are compared and analyzed,including the windward area of buildings with high wind speed,the area between buildings with strong tunnel wind,and the wind shadow area of buildings with low wind speed.The functional relationship between opening angle and the wind speed ratio is established,resulted in the influence of opening angle of buildings for the wind environment,which was useful for actual plans and design of high-rise buildings.
