摘要
本研究以新麦草种子为材料,对种子进行丸粒化包衣处理,测定丸粒化包衣种子的质量、物理特性、萌发情况,以筛选出新麦草种子丸粒化包衣最佳配方。结果表明:A3B4C2D1为最佳丸粒化包衣配方,即胺鲜酯浓度为400 mg/L,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛浓度为20%,种子与包衣剂质量比为1∶1.5,滑石粉与膨润土质量比为9∶1。用该包衣材料获得的丸粒化包衣种子流动性好,种子萌发情况最优。
In this study, the seeds of Psathyrostachys juncea were pelleted and coated, and the quality, physical characteristics and germination of the seeds were determined, so as to screen the best formula of pelleted and coated seeds of Psathyrostachys juncea. The results showed that A3B4C2D1was the best pelleted and coated formula, that is, the concentration of DA-6 was 400 mg/L, the concentration of polyvinyl formal was 20%, the mass ratio of seed to coating agent was 1∶1.5, and the mass ratio of talc powder to bentonite soil was 9∶1. The pelleted and coated seeds obtained with this coating material had good fluidity and the best germination.
