摘要
[目的]以3年生人参作为研究对象,对其喷施不同剂量的二甲戊灵,检测二甲戊灵在田间条件下生长的人参土壤中的消解动态以及最终在植物样品(人参根部)中的残留量,同时检测二甲戊灵对人参根部皂苷的影响。[方法]用乙酸乙酯对土壤和样品进行提取,Florisil-SPE净化柱进行净化,气相色谱-质谱联用进行检测;人参皂苷含量使用高效液相色谱进行检测。[结果]二甲戊灵有良好的线性关系,在土壤中回收率为84.27%~102.37%,RSD为2.69%~4.24%;在人参根中回收率为84.94%~101.79%,RSD为1.68%~2.35%。4种剂量的二甲戊灵在土壤中消解动力学方程符合一级动力学方程,半衰期分别为23.18、9.50、18.83、18.67 d。采收期人参根部未检测出二甲戊灵的残留。在采收期时,人参根部皂苷Rg1的含量上升,而Rb1的含量下降。[结论]二甲戊灵在参地土壤中属于易降解农药。
[Aims]This paper aims to study dissipation dynamics of pendimethalin in ginseng soil and terminal residues in plant samples under field conditions taking three-year-old ginseng as research objects sprayed with different dosages of pendimethalin.The effects of different concentrations of pendimethalin on ginsenosides content of ginseng roots were studied as well.[Methods]Soil and samples were extrated with ethyl acetate,purified by Florisil-SPE purification column and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The content of ginsenoside was detected by HPLC.[Results]There was a good linear relationship between the peak area of pendimethalin and the mass concentration.The recovery rate of pendimethalin in soil was 84.27%-102.37%,and the RSD was 2.69%-4.24%.The recovery rate in ginseng root was 84.94%-101.79%,and the RSD was 1.68%-2.35%.The dissipation of pendimethalin in the ginseng field soil conditions followed first order kinetics showing a half-life of 23.18,9.50,18.83 and 18.67 days averaged over four different dosages.Pendimethalin residue was not detected in ginseng root at the harvest time.The content of ginsenoside Rg1 in ginseng root increased,while the content of Rb1 decreased.[Conclusions]Pendimethalin is a degradable pesticide in ginseng soil.
