基于汽车吊和车载移动支撑的吊杆拱桥快速移运拆除 被引量:3

Fast Removing for Suspender Arch Bridge Based on Vehicle Mobile Support and Truck-mounted Crane

摘要 针对既有高速公路改扩建中跨线桥拆除时存在的效率低、安全性差和交通影响大等问题,以沈海高速开阳段K3254+987高架桥(43 m中承式钢筋混凝土吊杆拱桥)为背景,提出汽车吊拆除拱肋和车载移动支撑快速移除梁体相结合的方法,完成设备的研制与应用。研制的设备主要由移动运输设备、钢管立柱支架和整体式连接纵梁组成。首先,在路外场地将整体式连接纵梁和钢管立柱支架拼装在移动运输设备上,形成车载移动支撑,同步将跨线主梁与拱肋横梁-桥台间主梁切割分离;其次,封闭交通,遥控移动运输设备行至待拆主梁下方,顶紧跨线主梁,将其自重转移至该设备;然后在汽车吊配合下,切割吊杆和拱肋;最后移运跨线主梁和部分拱肋至路外场地,实现快速拆除。实践表明,在桥下既有高速短暂封闭(≤5 h)条件下,该方法可实现吊杆拱桥的安全快速拆除,缩短工期,降低污染,经济效益显著。 In the reconstruction and expansion of expressway, demolition of overpass is low efficiency, poor safety and great traffic impact. In this light, to use the truck-mounted crane to move the arch rib and to use vehicle mobile support to move the divided girder sections. The K3254+987 viaduct of Kaiyang section of Shen-Hai expressway, which was a 43 m mid-through reinforced concrete suspender arch bridge, was cited as example. The development and application of the equipment, which was vehicle mobile support, was completed. The equipment was mainly composed of mobile transportation vehicle, steel pipe column support and integral connecting longitudinal beam. Firstly, the integral connecting longitudinal beam and steel pipe column support were assembled on the mobile transportation equipment outside the road to form the vehicle mobile support, and simultaneously cut and separate the cross line main beam from the arch rib beam abutment main beam. Secondly, the traffic was closed, and the remote control mobile transportation equipment was moved to the lower part of the main beam to be removed, and the cross line main beam was tightly supported to transfer its self-weight to the equipment, and then the truck crane is used to cooperate. At last, the main girder and part of the arch rib were transported to the site outside the road to realize rapid demolition. The practice shows that under the condition of temporary closure(≤5 h) of the highway, this method can realize the safe and fast demolition of the suspender arch bridge, shorten the construction period, reduce pollution, and achieve remarkable economic benefits.
