外科能量设备的技术发展与创新

摘要 高频电刀、超声切割止血刀等能量设备在外科微创手术中的使用,在提高了微创手术的技术效率的同时,也带来了各种风险,减少术中出血、降低周围组织副损伤和缩短手术时间是能量外科设备持续发展的关键。本文从外科能量设备手术中的热效应、组织学损伤、血管密封能力和切割速度等安全性、有效性的角度,探讨了高频电刀和超声切割止血刀2种外科能量设备的技术特点和临床应用中的风险,并展望了外科能量设备下一代技术发展趋势与应用前景,旨在促进国产创新医疗器械的研发,推动基于技术融合的复合一体化外科能量平台的创新应用。 The use of energy decives such as high-frequency electrotome and ultrasonic cutting hemostatic knife in minimally invasive surgery improvs the technical efficiency of minimally invasive surgery,but also brings various risks.Reducing intraoperative bleeding,peripheral tissue injury and operation time is the key to the sustainable development of energy surgical equipment.From the perspective of safety and efectiveness of surgical energy equipment such as thermal efect,histological injury,vascular sealing ability and cutting speed,this paper discussed the technical characteristics and clinical risks of high-frequency electrotome and ultrasonic cutting hemostatic knife.The development trend and application prospect of the next generation technology of surgical energy equipment were also prospected.It aims to promote the research and development of domestic innovative medical devices and promote the innovative application of hybrid integrated surgical energy platform based on technology integration.
