摘要
The reform of the United Nations(UN)faces increasing urgency and uncertainty,as major-power competition has intensified and particularly the Russia-Ukraine conflict broke out,not to mention multiple global challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic,climate change and extreme natural disasters,which also present fresh challenges to the position and role of the UN.On the one hand,stronger voices have sought to sound a pessimistic tone about the UN.
