摘要
为获得固定床碎煤加压气化副产中低温焦油的基础物性参数,实现综合加工利用,先对煤焦油进行了简易蒸馏实验,全面分析评价了其理化性质;再通过实沸点蒸馏实验,对煤焦油的<170℃、170℃~210℃、210℃~230℃、230℃~300℃、300℃~360℃、>360℃馏分进行了切割,并对各馏分进行分析评价,探索各馏分加工途径;最后利用Aspen Plus软件进行精制过程全流程模拟,给出了工艺流程和产品方案,较为准确地实现了煤焦油的精细分离。
In order to obtain the basic physical parameters of low and medium temperature coal tar by-produced from crushed coal pressurized gasification and realize comprehensive processing and utilization,a simple distillation experiment on coal tar was conducted and its physical and chemical properties were analyzed and evaluated comprehensively.Through true boiling point distillation experiment,the tar fractions below 170°C,170°C-210°C,210°C-230°C,230°C-300°C,300°C-360°C,and>360°C were separated,and each fraction was analyzed and evaluated to explore its processing approach.Using Aspen Plus software to simulate the whole process of the refining,the technological process and product plan were given,which accurately realized the fine separation of coal tar.
