摘要
调查木通科31份种质资源的物候期及其生长情况,并对其生长适应性进行了初步评价,为木通优良家系的选育奠定基础。以木通科种质资源库6年生31份木通家系为试验材料,观测各家系的物候期,并测定其地径和单株产量,综合各家系的表现对其进行简单的适应性评价。三叶木通、倒卵叶野木瓜及尾叶那藤不同家系的物候期有所差异,其中萌芽期、展叶期和花期的差别不大,但果期差异较大,即尾叶那藤的果期最长,达到220 d,分别比三叶木通和倒卵叶野木瓜多48 d和21 d。不同家系间的长势不同,地径和单株产量差异显著,其中三叶木通、倒卵叶野木瓜各家系整体上长势中等,尾叶那藤65%以上的家系长势较强;4号、11号等家系的地径和产量显著小于其他家系,而37号、88号等家系则显著大于其他家系。综合长势、地径和单株产量指标,初步认定88号、37号家系不仅长势强,地径生长量和单株产量均显著高于其他29个家系,故其适应性较强。
This paper mainly investigated the phenophase and growth of 31 germplasm resources of Lardizabalaceae family,and preliminarily evaluated their growth adaptability, which laid the foundation for the breeding of excellent families of Lardizabalaceae. 31 families of 6-year-old Lardizabalaceae germplasm resources were used as experimental materials. The phenological period of each family was observed, and the ground diameter and yield per plant were measured. A simple adaptability evaluation was conducted based on the performance of each family. The phenophases of different families were different, and the difference of germination period, leaf expansion period and flowering period was not significant, but the difference of fruit period was large, that is, the fruit period of Stauntonia obovatifoliola was the longest, reaching 220 days,which was 48 days and 21 days more than that of Akebia trifoliata and Stauntonia obovata.The growth vigor of different families was different, and the ground diameter and yield per plant were significantly different. The growth vigor of Akebia trifoliata and Stauntonia obovata was medium on the whole, and the growth vigor of more than 65 % families of Stauntonia obovatifoliola was strong. The ground diameter and yield of No.4 and No.11 families were significantly lower than those of other families, while those of No.37 and 88 families were significantly higher than those of other families. According to the growth vigor, ground diameter and yield per plant, it was preliminarily determined that 88 and 37 families were not only strong in growth vigor, but also significantly higher in ground diameter growth and yield per plant than the other 29 families,so their adaptability was strong.
